Finding duplicates is highly dependent on the template(s) your site uses. If your content consistently uses the <article> tag (and where the first or only <article> usage is for the primary content) then you can just click to start the search. Otherwise, you will need to use the advanced settings by clicking on the gear icon. There you will indicate CSS ID(s) or class(es) that should be used to isolate the actual content on your site.
