LLMs are strong at categorizing content to topics but you need to ensure you use structured responses so that you control the list of topics to those that are useful to you.

As always, in general you should consider more energy efficient, cost-effective, and faster approaches. Also, you can use an LLM in some cases to help you define patterns or other ways you can automate (such as defining an XPath).

In Content Chimera

If this is exposed in the metadata, then Chimera can pull it. If it is available from the source system, then it could get pulled from a CSV export. Otherwise, it could be scraped out of the content.
